  1. Identity

    Every sitter confirms who they are with photo ID.

  2. DBS check

    A DBS certificate from each sitter, read by a person at YUKIND.

  3. Judgement

    Real situations: a slipped lead, an unwell dog, a difficult meeting.

  4. Honest reviews

    Only owners who have booked a sitter can review them.

How to book

  1. Describe your dog

    Size, habits, medication, nerves, a favourite toy.

  2. Shortlist up to five sitters

    Only sitters who suit your dog and cover your area.

  3. Talk, then choose

    Chat with the sitters who are free, then confirm one.

  4. Pay once you've chosen

    The other sitters are thanked and let go, automatically.

When will YUKIND open?

November 2026, across London, on iPhone. Join the waitlist and we'll write on the day.

How much does it cost?

Each sitter sets their own price. A booking fee is added for owners, and you see the total before paying.

When am I charged?

Only when you confirm a sitter. Requests and chat are free.

What if I need to cancel?

Cancel 48 hours or more before the booking for a full refund. If a sitter cancels, you're always refunded in full.

Can a sitter care for a dog with medical needs?

Yes. Only sitters with experience of medication, older dogs or recovery are shown for these dogs.
